(abbreviated as Iray Advanced Material), established in November 2017 and located in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of scintillating materials, photoelectric conversion chips, and detector modules for radiation detection and imaging.
The company's core businesses include cesium iodide (CsI) crystals, cadmium tungstate (CdWO₄) crystals, gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd₂O₂S) ceramics, garnet-structured (GAGG) ceramics, PD chips, SiPM chips, linear array detector modules, and CT detector modules. These products are widely used in security inspection and protection, medical CT imaging, industrial CT detection, non-destructive testing, radiation dose measurement, and large scientific facilities. Leveraging the technological platform advantages of its parent company, Iray Technology (stock code: 688301), across the entire X-ray industry chain, the company has successfully promoted the localization of scintillators and their detector components.
Iray Advanced Material has built a complete and independent product technology chain, achieving a closed-loop process from powder raw material purification, component formulation design, crystal growth, ceramic preparation, chip design and tape-out, to detector module packaging. The company has independently developed an X-ray detector testing system and material processing platform, ensuring highly efficient and high-precision engineering capabilities. The core R&D team holds master's or doctoral degrees from both domestic and overseas sources and possesses extensive development experience in scintillators, PD chips, and detector products. The company has acquired over 60 intellectual property rights, including invention patents, utility model patents, integrated circuit layout design rights, and software copyrights.

2017Year
In 2017, the core team was established and the first phase of the factory was put into operation (1,000 square meters).
2018Year
In 2018, pilot production of CsI and CWO scintillators began, and R&D of GOS ceramics, FSI-PD chips, and detector modules began.
2019Year
In 2019, mass production of CsI and CWO scintillators was achieved, and pilot production of GOS ceramics, FSI-PD chips, and detector modules began.
2020Year
In 2020, the full product line was deployed in multiple application fields, providing a one-stop solution.
2021Year
In 2021, mass production of GOS ceramics and detector modules for industrial security was achieved, with CsI and CWO reaching domestically prioritized levels. Construction of the second phase of the modern standard factory began.
2022Year
In 2022, technological breakthroughs were achieved in GOS ceramics for medical CT, filling a domestic gap, and the design and development of high-end BSI-PD chips were completed.
2023Year
In 2023, the second phase of the manufacturing line was put into operation, with production line upgrades, capacity ramp-up, and full-scale production.
2024Year
In 2024, our products will focus on applications in X-ray imaging and collaboration with major customers.
