The company's core businesses include cesium iodide (CsI) crystals, cadmium tungstate (CdWO₄) crystals, gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd₂O₂S) ceramics, garnet-structured (GAGG) ceramics, PD chips, SiPM chips, linear array detector modules, and CT detector modules. These products are widely used in security inspection and protection, medical CT imaging, industrial CT detection, non-destructive testing, radiation dose measurement, and large scientific facilities. Leveraging the technological platform advantages of its parent company, Iray Technology (stock code: 688301), across the entire X-ray industry chain, the company has successfully promoted the localization of scintillators and their detector components.
Iray Advanced Material has built a complete and independent product technology chain, achieving a closed-loop process from powder raw material purification, component formulation design, crystal growth, ceramic preparation, chip design and tape-out, to detector module packaging. The company has independently developed an X-ray detector testing system and material processing platform, ensuring highly efficient and high-precision engineering capabilities. The core R&D team holds master's or doctoral degrees from both domestic and overseas sources and possesses extensive development experience in scintillators, PD chips, and detector products.
