The company's core business encompasses cesium iodide (CsI) crystals, cadmium tungstate (CdWO₄) crystals, gadolinium oxysulfide (Gd₂O₂S) ceramics, garnet-structure (GAGG) ceramics, PD chips, SiPM chips, linear array detector modules, CT detector modules, and more. iRay Advanced Material has established a complete and self-controlled product technology chain, achieving a full-chain closed loop from raw powder material purification, component formula design, crystal growth, and ceramic preparation to chip design/tape-out and detector module packaging.The company has independently built X-ray detector testing systems and material processing platforms, ensuring highly efficient and precise engineering capabilities. The core R&D team holds master's or doctoral degrees from domestic and international institutions and possesses profound development experience in scintillators, PD chips, and detector products.

2017Year
In 2017, the core team was established and the first phase of the factory was put into operation (1,000 square meters).
2018Year
In 2018, pilot production of CsI and CWO scintillators began, and R&D of GOS ceramics, FSI-PD chips, and detector modules began.
2019Year
In 2019, mass production of CsI and CWO scintillators was achieved, and pilot production of GOS ceramics, FSI-PD chips, and detector modules began.
2020Year
In 2020, the full product line was deployed in multiple application fields, providing a one-stop solution.
2021Year
In 2021, mass production of GOS ceramics and detector modules for industrial security was achieved, with CsI and CWO reaching domestically prioritized levels. Construction of the second phase of the modern standard factory began.
2022Year
In 2022, technological breakthroughs were achieved in GOS ceramics for medical CT, filling a domestic gap, and the design and development of high-end BSI-PD chips were completed.
2023Year
In 2023, the second phase of the manufacturing line was put into operation, with production line upgrades, capacity ramp-up, and full-scale production.
2024Year
In 2024, our products will focus on applications in X-ray imaging and collaboration with major customers.
