1.6 pitch detector module

SatuPD16CA series detector module is a linear detector array (LDA) composed of 16-pixcel front-side illuminated (FSI) silicon photodiode. Silicon photodiode feature low dark current, low terminal capacitance, high photosensitivity, and wide coverage, making them suitable for various X-ray detection applications. Available in two PCB sizes (wide and narrow versions), the module can be coupled with scintillators such as GOS, CsI, CdWO₄, and GAGG to enable single-energy or dual-energy imaging. The meticulously designed assembly process ensures easy integration, stability, and reliability.
