4.5 pitch detector module

SatuPD45CA detector module is a back-illuminated type 16-pixcels silicon photodiode array specifically designed for cargo inspection. The back-illuminated photodiode array features a simple structure and eliminates concerns about wire bonding damage. With no bonding wires or photosensitive areas on the light-incident side, it facilitates easy coupling with scintillators. This module features a pixel pitch of 4.5 mm and an effective photosensitive area of 4.2×5.2 mm. It utilizes flip-chip packaging technology, which provides an extremely short signal transmission path, thereby reducing system noise and lowering the terminal capacitance.
