Cadmium tungstate (CdWO₄) scintillation crystals are self-activated luminescent materials. Characterized by low afterglow, high X-ray absorption coefficient, elevated density, strong radiation resistance, non-deliquescence, and excellent stability, they represent the material of choice for core components in large-scale security inspection systems.
The company maintains a complete crystal processing production line, enabling customized fabrication of one-dimensional and two-dimensional arrays with various dimensions, as well as specialized shaped products.

Features:
• High light-output
• Low afterglow
• Outstanding radiation hardness
• excellent x-ray stopping power
• High density
• Dia. 80×200 mm (crystal ingot)
• Customizable
• Arrays of various pixel sizes
